As you may be aware, Brightwell Aerials made a few visits to locate a problem that turned out to be a broken cable or junction box (they should be able to give you the technical information) down our access road.
Over the years I have worked with many contractors, particularly in my role with a property management company. Brightwell Aerials must be the most customer orientated and pleasant firm that I have dealt with in any line of service. They kept me informed as to when they would arrive, telephoned when en route, and advised as to what was or was not the problem. They were also efficient in locating and fixing the problem.
